In the healthcare industry there is a growing need and standard for healthcare professionals to maintain complete documentation of every interaction with patients. This is especially true for data stemming from legal/law enforcement transcription where confidential information needs to be secured for the purpose of protecting victims and criminal rights as well as sensitive trial information.
